This next-generation semiconductor-based torque sensor is designed to measure shaft torsion and axial force by being mounted directly on the shaft, without flanges, couplings, or added mass.
Unlike conventional torque sensors – which are often heavy, expensive and mechanically invasive – this system installs directly onto the shaft, preserving balance and natural harmonics while avoiding structural interference.
With ultra-low power microtelemetry (just 0.025 mA at 18 V), it''s perfect for monitoring engines, pumps, compressors and rotating systems. Available in wired or wireless versions, with USB or PoE data output and full support for open-source IoT protocols.
