Our wireless tri-axis vibration sensor is engineered for continuous monitoring of asset health, even in challenging environments. With ultra-compact dimensions (10 x 5 x 4 cm) and a quick magnetic base installation, it is the perfect solution for long-term vibration analysis on electric motors, pumps, fans, gearboxes, bearings, and rotating systems.
With a wide bandwidth up to 12.800 Hz and high sensitivity, this device can detect even the smallest changes in vibration patterns, enabling early fault detection such as bearing wear or shaft imbalance. Wireless data transmission operates via 2.4 GHz radio frequency, covering up to 800 meters line of sight, and supports open IoT protocols like MQTT, OPC UA, UDP, and TCP/IP for full integration into modern predictive maintenance systems.
The sampling rate is fully configurable (from 3,200 to 25,600 sps), and the system is powered by standard AAA batteries, which are easy to find and replace, avoiding the need to dispose of the device entirely like many competing sensors, no need for wiring or slip rings. It features a dynamic range of ±30g with sensitivity down to 10⁻³ g.
Thanks to its IP68/IP69K protection, the sensor is resistant to coolant, oil, dust, and harsh industrial conditions. Data can also be retrieved via USB or Power over Ethernet, ensuring maximum deployment flexibility.
