Smart Pipe is a revolutionary solution that enables real-time pressure monitoring of fluid inside pipelines without any drilling or contact with the fluid. The sensor is mounted externally and precisely detects pressure variations by measuring pipe diameter changes through hoop strain.

It works on any pipe material and diameter, from 10 mm to 1.5 meters, and is suitable for oil, natural gas, hydrogen, corrosive or toxic fluids, and water.

Installation is quick and non-disruptive using structural adhesive or spot welding – no line shutdown required, no seals, and no leak risk. A compact thermal-insulated housing ensures long-term signal stability.

Data transmission is available both wired and wireless, including long-range (LPWAN, LoRa, satellite), using open-source IoT protocols like OPC UA, MQTT, UDP, and TCP/IP. The system’s extreme sensitivity enables not only pressure monitoring but also frequency-based diagnostics (FFT) for detecting shocks, vibrations, terrain shifts, theft attempts, and structural drift.
